DATA AND PURPOSES
When you use a contact or quotation form, your name, telephone, email, subject, product of interest, message, IP address and submission time may be processed. This data is used to receive and verify the request, prepare a quotation, communicate with you, manage customer relations, secure systems and protect legal rights.
COLLECTION AND LEGAL BASIS
Data is collected electronically through the form and server security logs by automated means or as part of a filing system. Processing relies on necessity for entering into or performing a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, establishment or protection of a right, and legitimate interests. If a separate activity relies on explicit consent, consent will be requested separately.
RECIPIENTS
Where necessary for handling the request and securing systems, data may be shared with authorised Gürler Soba staff, hosting and IT providers, legal or financial advisers, and public bodies authorised by law. Personal data is not sold.
